How do you ship and when will my order arrive?

For local in-stock orders, we ship using a courier service at a flat rate of S$10. Free shipping is provided for purchases above S$150, and your order should arrive within 5 working days.
For international orders, we ship using FedEx. Shipping rates vary based on your location, with free shipping provided for purchases above S$500. Your order should arrive between 5 - 10 working days, depending on your location.

For all wedding bands, birthstone and initial collections, they will be ready to ship in about 6 - 8 weeks. All other backordered items will be made to order and will be ready to ship in 6-8 weeks.

If you need any orders expedited, please email us and we will try our best to make it work for you.

How do I care for my jewellery?

For brass and silver products, keep the anti-tarnish piece in the pouch together with the item. Restore shine and remove tarnish from silver items with silver polish dip. For solid gold products, you can use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean your jewellery. 

What kind of customisations do you offer?

Our birthstone and initial collections are customisable - do refer to the product pages to check the custom options available.

We offer a bespoke service for all jewellery as well. Our bespoke service begins with design options and gemstones to suit your budget. Please take a look at our Bespoke section on our Story page - where we have posted some pictures of past bespoke designs - and contact us should you wish to have bespoke jewellery to tell your story! Can my product be engraved?

Engraving is only available for wedding bands. Do email us at to request for engraving.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note that this only applies to in-stock items purchased. Sale items, engraved items, customised and bespoke jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please email us prior to sending back your item stating the reason for your return. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We recommend shipping all returned packages via registered shipping with tracking information. Covenant will not be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for lost packages.

Can I resize my ring?

For local orders, we only offer resizing for solid gold products, within two weeks of collection. Please email us for your enquiries.
For international orders, rings can be resized for a small fee and we would need you to cover FedEx shipping to our studio in Phnom Penh. Alternatively, you could bring it down to a local jeweller to have it done - just get in touch with us to check that the design you are interested in can be resized.

What is your sourcing policy for gemstones?

For bespoke jewellery orders, we work with our network of award-winning custom-cutting lapidarists where we are able to source for the gem colour, cut and size of your choosing. Ethically sourced gemstones are also available, where you are able to know the mine where the gemstone is sourced from. 

All our diamonds are in compliance with the Kimberly process, and are conflict free. Our melee diamonds are supplied by a reputable family business with their own cutting facility in India. We have non-certified, EGL and GIA certified diamonds available. We are also able to source fully traceable, ethically sourced diamonds. Coloured and white diamonds are both available. 

Do you offer ethically sourced gold?

Yes we do. Just drop us a note and we will provide a price quote for Fairmined gold options. There is a small premium the use of Fairmined gold in custom jewellery due to developmental premiums that go to these small scale artisanal mines and their communities.

Can we send you our own gemstones for setting?

Yes you can. Just get in touch with us and we can offer some options for customised and bespoke options. 

Where can we view your collections?

We currently do not have any physical stockists. However, feel free to get in touch with us to make an appointment to view our collection at our studio in Singapore or at a location to your convenience.

Where are you based?

We are based in sunny Singapore, and our workshop is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
